Degrees SENIOR can be conferred on individuals over the age of 16. The others are degrees JUNIOR. Degree JUNIOR with a decimal point 1 covers all exercises KIHON in a static position, and the degree of JUNIOR with a decimal point 2 include exercises in motion.
10 kyu SENIOR - orange belt
(minimum 2 months of continuous training)
