YAMA CROSS TRAINING
Cross Training is more than simple exercise. It's a compilation of different sports to improve overall fitness, strength and endurance. But at Yama Karate Club, Cross Training is more than that.
At the heart of our Cross Training program is not only body transformation, but more importantly, inner transformation. As in Kyokushin Karate, mental strengthening and the development of values that will help you face challenges in both sports and daily life play a key role in our training.
Cross Training is a universal training program that involves exercises that engage all parts of the body. It is a combination of body weight exercises and exercises with properly adjusted weights, which can be gradually increased for progression. During training we use equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, balls, rubber bands, boxes and others.
Cross Training classes are designed for young adults of all skill levels. The workouts are conducted in such a way that both a beginner and an advanced person will get a lot of benefit from the training.
By performing exercises dedicated to Cross Training you will engage almost All muscles and tendons improving your speed, agility, flexibility and coordination movement, as well as increase your endurance and learn to better control your body. What definitely characterizes Yama Cross Training is the excellent atmosphere and support of the entire groups!
