Shield training - how to improve your fitness and confidence
During the training we will take care of improving your overall fitness. We rely heavily on general training using your own body weight or with equipment (such as kettlebells, dumbbells, rubber bands, balls) and target training. During target training we develop our entire body perfectly. We work on technique, coordination, speed, endurance. Training on targets increases self-confidence and belief in one's abilities.
